The CMT 80th Celebrations

CMT hosted about 75 guests at the Irish Club on May 10th. The evening included a delicious meal, dancing, memories, photo booth, mementos. We thank our Gala committee members who have worked so hard to make this a success. We will continue the festivities at our opening night of Anastasia when CMT will host a few VIP’s, share memories on the screen, enjoy sweets in the intermission, and leave with a bit of swag. As this event is open to the public (and our existing subscribers) we urge you to get your tickets for this evening’s celebration as soon as tickets are available. Subscribers may change to this date at no charge. Tickets go on sale to nonsubscribers in July. Box office 905-615-4720.

Bravo to our season so far

Something Rotten was a sold-out success. We are very proud of the cast, artistic team, designers, production team, musicians and crew that made SR the hit of the season. We best loved the sustained applause from our audience for our performance of “It’s a Musical”. What a show! We look forward to attending the ACTCO Awards ceremony on June 6th . Stay posted for news on how the Theas fall. True Tales, our May Spring concert at Eden United, was another huge success. Bravo to MD Erica Astles, Assistant MD Joey Gargaro, Producers Rita Ferugson and Christine McMahon, accompanist Robin Dalgleish. Our 64-member choir performed a wide range of songs inspired by real life stories. Thanks for the very positive audience reviews and to a cast that “welcomed us” to many “journeys to the past”.
