ACTCO Theas for The Addams Family

On April 4th, Clarkson Music Theatre celebrated with the community theatre world at the livestreaming of the ACTCO awards. We are so proud of the achievements of the entire theatre community. Together, we have shared great music theatre with southern Ontario. Thank you Act-co Gala and our adjudicator, Andrew Lamb. The Addams Family 

The Addams Family won Theas in the following categories.

CONGRATS TO:

Best Set Design - Bruce Brown

Best Performance Male in a Supporting Role - Craig Marshall (for Fester)

Best Performance Female - Mary Bowden (for Morticia)

Best Production - Rita Ferguson, Christine McMahon, Susan Wray Toogood - The Addams Family.

The Addams Family congratulates the following individuals who received nominations in their categories:

Best Supporting Female - Sydney Nicholson for her role as Wednesday;

Best Sound Design - Greg Salisbury;

Best Musical Director - Jenny Peace;

Best Stage Management - John Dalgleish;

Best Director - Rob Gorican.

These acknowledgements were celebrated live by 20 actors, directors, fans in a Zoom chat as the ceremony. The Addams Family will get together to celebrate these achievements in the not too distant future.

Well done to the entire Community Theatre world. We've borne much in these dark days, but look forward to new opportunities to sing, dance and perform once again.
